To understand Life Coaching, think about the analogy of a sports coach. A Coach will motivate, inspire, guide and keep their client accountable for their goals. This will then enable the client to change, improve and develop aspects of their lives.
Assisting and empowering an individual or a team to achieve their goals and desired outcomes. A Coach provides structured and professional training to expand awareness and inspire growth in a supportive environment.
Coaching is a partnership between the Coach and the client. I hold coaching sessions on a fortnightly basis for a duration of 11 sessions for a period of 1 and a half hours. We will create and implement strategies, consider different options/solutions and you will make decisions and commit to specific actions. You will be focusing on what you really want. I will provide ongoing support and help so that you can achieve your goals.
It can be very hard to make changes on your own without the support of a Coach.

I have a background in Psychology/Counselling and Healing.
I am able to assist in removing blockages if or when difficulties arise.
Coaching’s main focus is on the present moment and the future. Clients achieve this by setting goals that will enable them to move forward. Coaching is not Counselling, Psychology or Therapy. These modalities aforementioned, deal with past events and how they relate to your feelings and thoughts in the present.
